Our daily and weekly rates include water, electric, and sewer. These rates are based on two people; there is an additional charge per extra person. Children under 5 stay for free.
Pets are welcome. All pets must be leashed, can not be left unattended outdoors, and must comply with park rules. We ask that you
register your breed of dog with the office. There is an additional charge for more than two pets. Additional pets charges are $4.00 per day per additional pet; or $50.00 per month per additional pet.

Monthly and annual rates include water and sewer; electricity is metered at the site. Telephone and internet connections to the site
are available for monthly and annual guests at an additional cost. Park rates are based on two people, a $2.00 per day or a 60.00 fee per month is charged for each additional guest, with no charge for children under 5 years of age. Annual rate is payable by check or cash, and
paid in full at time of rental.
All guests are welcome to full use of our recreational facilities, sorry exercise equipment is available to adult guests only.
Park check out time is at 11:00 A.M. each day.
Reservations are advised. Monthly and yearly reservations require a $100.00 deposit which is refundable. A $25.00 fee will be processed for cancellations. Discover, American Express, Master Charge and Visa are accepted.
